We are pleased to share with you Archbishop O’Regan’s 2025 Easter Message. The message is available in video and text formats.

Outdoor Stations of the Cross

for teens/young people to take part - Good Friday, 11am on the school oval at Kingswood next to Our Lady of Dolours Church. A meaningful way for young people to immerse themselves in the Easter story. We need younger people to take on the roles in this narrated re-enactment of the events of Good Friday. Contact David Kilmartin  david@kilmartin.net.au for more info & to volunteer, as soon as possible, please.    10.15am rehearsal on the day for actors. Hot cross buns, tea & coffee to follow in the hall.   ALL are welcome to come and watch. 

Crochet / Craft & Cuppa

The crochet group meets every Monday morning in the back meeting room of Holy Cross church, Goodwood. Starting from 9am and finishing 10.30 ish.  New members always welcome.   Just bring a ball of wool and a hook if you have one.   If you don't know how to crochet we can teach you.    You can bring other craft if you prefer.   We work on our own projects and some joint projects.    Friendship and enjoyment.  Contact Karen on 0448 890 515 for further information or just come along.  (School term time only). 

EMMAUS MEDITATION GROUPS

all faiths & denominations welcome… meet Tuesdays at 4pm in the meeting room in the Holy Cross Church Goodwood. Come along and be open to experiencing the peacefulness and mystery of contemplation. LAUDATO Si ENVIRONMENT GROUP 

The parish is revisiting its pastoral plan. One initiative in the pastoral plan is re-energising the Environment Group post Covid. It is proposed that the new group would be named Laudato Si Environment Group utilising the Adelaide Archdiocese document "Caring for our Common Home" as its strategic plan. The group would report to the PPC and be responsible for developing and implementing an action plan for the Emmaus Parish. Emmaus Parish’s Cana Cottages at Aldinga

idyllic location, affordable break…..Four old-style beach shacks on the esplanade at Aldinga Beach, each sleeps 10 (8 in bunks and a main bedroom) (as of 2024, rates are $75/night ($80/night during December and January).
