The crochet group meets on Monday mornings in the back meeting room of Holy Cross church, Goodwood. Starting from 9am and finishing 10.30 ish. New members always welcome. Just bring a ball of wool and a hook if you have one. If you don't know how to crochet we can teach you. You can bring other craft if you prefer. We work on our own projects and some joint projects. You are invited to attend a weekly reflection time for Advent on Tuesdays from 6 - 7pm in the back meeting Room at Holy Cross continuing on Tuesdays. We will use the Diocesan program ‘Walking together through Advent’ which is available in our church foyers so please take one for attending or for your own private reflections during Advent.
Come & enjoy a free Christmas concert with the choirs of St Francis Xavier Cathedral & Holy Cross Church, and the Flinders University Chamber Ensemble, co-directed by Timothy Davey & Arthur Siow. Concerts will be held: Friday 5 December at 7pm in St Francis Xavier Cathedral; AND Sunday 7 December from 12:30pm in Holy Cross Church. The concert programme includes a range of beautiful Christmas choral music, instrumental music of Handel and Sibelius, and a dash of film music. There is no entry fee, but donations appreciated.

The Archdiocese of Adelaide is preparing for a Synod in 2026. We invite anyone who wants to learn more about the Synod to join an online formation session each month with other people from across the Archdiocese. Each session will explore a different aspect or theme of the Synod. More information and recorded formation sessions are available on the Synod website at togetherontheway.au.
